RETURNS
If upon receiving your order you are unhappy with any part of the item(s) please contact us within 10 days.
You must be able to return the item(s) in the original packaging and a saleable condition to us within 30 days. If this is achieved, we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange the item(s) if preferred.
We obviously hope that you are happy with your purchases from Kiln. but we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition.
Please note that for returns we are unable to reimburse postage costs and these must be born by the purchaser.
